At the time of writing I am very much in favour of OAAT stitching and completing some of my WIPs hence two different lists, although there is some overlap between the two!  Having two lists means I can pick and choose between them and have a new start if I feel like it.  So far there is no obligation stitching unless someone gets married or conceives a baby within the next 12 months!

My other SALs are

The Alphabet Club - a different letter on the first Saturday of each month
Gifted Gorgeousness - post anything gifted on the 15th
Hallowe'en Ornie Blog - a different spooky theme each month
Christmas Ornie Blog - a different festive theme each month
Smalls SAL - last Thursday of each month

Measi also sets discussion topics for each month:

January
Introduce yourself, your projects, and any goals you have for the year!
February
If you have any of your pieces on display in your home which attracts the most plaudits?
March
Do you use hoops, stretcher bars, lap stands or Q snap frames and why?
April
What do you listen to while stitching?
May
What were you stitching this time last year and have you finished it?
June
Do you find yourself more productive with stitching in summer or winter?
July
(two options) If you are participating in the Olympic Challenge, tell us about your plans – which type of challenge you’ve selected, the pieces you’ll be stitching on, etc.
If you are not participating in the challenge, tell us how this year’s stitching is going for you so far, and if you’re meeting your stitching goals so far for the year.
August
Have you ever read any fictional books that involve embroidery?  If so, give us some recommendations?
September
Tell us a story about the journey you took through one of your completed pieces.
October
What online stitching communities do you enjoy?
November
What pattern (or designer) is on your must-try-to-stitch bucket list?
December
Recap your accomplishments for the year! (Your finishes, your final before/after photos, etc)
